"A Big Thank You!"

I wanted to express my sincere thanks to the staff at the Minor Injuries unit who assisted me during my visit today. Thanks especially go to the nurse who treated me, she was very friendly and listened to what I was saying when taking details of my problem. She explained everything that she was going to do and asked me if I was ok throughout. Once the nurse had finished, she explained the results to me and what I should do going forward and then even asked if it sounded ok and whether I was happy! What a fantastic nurse she was!! Thank you :-)
