What I liked

i liked the private room i was in, in maternity ward.

What could be improved

I think what could hae been improoved was the manners that was takin towards myelf on ward 11 in wansbeck. I had an emergency C section and after i had my son i was put on a ward, i did not know what to do, i could not get up to use the facilities so i asked for a bedpan, and the reply was "get up" and i was crying in pain and i could not get up so the staff decided to say that they would come back after i stopped being petty and crying. I found this very insulting due to the fact i had just had my first child and no1 was there to help.

Anything else?

i would recomend this facility for maternity.
