Charging the sick and the relatives for parking I find immoral and wrong and therefore probably a little bit biased but:
1 hr = £1. 30
2hr = £2. 80 (making your second hour at £1. 50)
4hr = £4. 10 (making your 3rd and 4th hours £. 065 each)
It doesnt make sense and in my opinion it's just been made up by someone who couldn't care lees as long as the sick, or their relatives pay
