I attended a retinal screening service at Doncaster Royal Infirmary where i was seen to by the eye nurse. Three days later i received a letter with observations which meant that i may need further treatment. The nurse had spotted a problem by comparing the scanned photographs from last year. The nurse was very thorough in her examination which impressed me. Consequently, I received a letter of re-referral to the eye clinic within 20 days of last being seen. I was treated with trust and respect from all the nurses which many of the patients commented on as we found it unusual and marvelous.
"Excellent work by nurse at eye clinic"
