I am going to Zest in Worksop and would say it's been great. The facilitator is very friendly and has a genuine interest in the subject. The information is delivered in a positive and easy to understand method.

I find it very useful and it is working for me. I have a better understanding of food and the way labelling works.

I always find some weeks that I want to get on the PC later and look up different things, as I find I need more in depth information. The last example was to do with fats HDL LDL etc. I find this positive, as it means I am still thinking about it later.
