"A daft way to cut queues"

About: Whipps Cross University Hospital

I got home from my GPs at 10am, with his form and instructions to make an appointment at Whipps Cross for a chest X-ray. I have spent nearly seven hours trying to get through!. Three different numbers, different auto-menus, but they all place you in a queue, then ultimately cut you off!. The one time I spoke to a human being, she was curt, uninterested, rude and (suprise!) transfered me to a queue, which duly cut me off. It's shambolic. Update at 17:12 :- I've just spoken to a pleasant & helpful telephonist who tells me that all the clinical admin have gone home, so I must try again tomorrow.
