"No response to complaint"

About: Clementine Churchill Hospital

My mum and dad attended his hospital last week. I phoned up on Friday morning to complin as they were unhappy with aspects of their care. My details were taken and I was tod someone would get in touch but no one has come back to me. Not a nice way to deal with patients and their families.
