"Prompt and reassuring care from my GP and the Jasmine Centre"

Two weeks ago I found a breast lump. I rang my GP and was offered an appointment an hour later even though I had not informed them of the reason why I needed an appointment.

I saw the GP and was very reassured by her manner and professionalism. As a precaution she explained that she was referring me to the local Breast Care Centre for advice. I was able to use the choose and book system and had an appointment made for the following week.

I attended this appointment yesterday and was also very pleased with the care and professionalism from all the staff at the Centre. I felt reassured and was able to ask questions.
