"An uncomfortable procedure made painless and..."

I recently attended North Tees Hospital for a colonoscopy. Waiting time for the procedure was minimal; it was explained to me very clearly (I had had one before so knew what to expect) and once in the procedure room the staff made me feel very welcome and did their utmost to ensure I was relaxed and comfortable. The doctor who did the procedure was excellent, carrying it out with no fuss and minimal discomfort. The recovery staff were also excellent and all in all everyone there did their best to make a not very pleasant procedure as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Thanks to all involved!
