I had try to make an appointment for an ultrasound scan( my GP asked for) ,and it took me 4 hours to go through to speak with the receptionist , over the 4 hours until the call been answer all I got was busy tone, ring once and after that a busy tone or I gone direct into a funny tone like 2 beep together . In the end they answer just 5 minutes before 4pm when they don’t take calls anymore and told me I have to wait for a letter in the post and only if the letter is not coming to ring them back, so if that will happened I will have to go through all that agony again .
