About: Leicester Royal Infirmary

After the most stupidest argument between my gp and the hearing centre at the LRI about who refers me to ENT, i was finaly given an appointment to see a doctor. What a waste of time.Having explained im very congested and my hearing has got worse due to this, the doctor, after putting a camera up my nose.Said i am very congested and then refered me for an MRI scan.which i had done, only to recieve a letter saying they coundnt see anything else that could be the cause of my deafness,(bear in mind i have been deaf for nearly forty years.)..ok,thinks i..Im now still waiting for an appointment to see them again to get my congestion cleared up,only to find out today that they are ignoring emails from my gp as well as getting their rude staff to fob me of...Guess il have to take them court to get them to listen. Please dont reply to this email with the words "im sorry"..cos we all know its pointless..

Response from Leicester Royal Infirmary

Hi Julian Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments. We would be happy to investigate your frustrations. It’s tricky to respond to your comments in full without knowing all the details, but we would be happy to investigate further. Please email communications@uhl-tr.nhs.uk with as much information as you can, such as your name, address, date of birth, and the name of your consultant. If we’re reading your feedback correctly, you are waiting for another appointment in ENT. Is that right? Kind regards, Communications Team Leicester’s Hospitals
