"Dermatogy - Lesion excision"

About: Royal Berkshire Hospital

Having arrived 45 mins early for my wife's minor surgery for a lesion removal, she became rather agitated when the appointment time went over by 20 mins with no explanation given. I enquired at the reception as to why there was a delay and the concerned receptionist immediately enquired of the consultant how the appointments were running and informed us that we were imminent. It was only a further 2 mins so my wife was very relieved. All this was done professionally and with genuine smiles and concern which was most reassuring. I do believe that all the staff in this department are committed to ensuring the high standards we encountered. Thank you.
