"Okay, but not very patient-centric"

About: Circle Reading

It is an okay private hospital, it does fill the gap where public waiting lists are stupid. I am afraid that this hospital reminds me too much an NHS unit in a slightly nicer building... This is because appointment booking lines have inconvenient opening times, secretaries and receptionists are not very helpful and speak to down to patients. The consultants are less inquisitive than I would like to. On a couple of occasions me and my relatives had basic checks done and the doctor said that he has no idea what is the problem and did not seem interested to get to the bottom of the issue even that I was prepared to keep paying... I will use it if I have to, but will switch if more patient focused alternative
