About: West Middlesex University Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The staff (well the nurses and care assistants) though you could tell were blatantly over worked and under staffed, were more than helpful and efficent. I was seen to promptly and was explained through every step of my admission thoroughly, even though I was being treated on a busy weekend night I was seen and treated promptly.

What could be improved

Some of the doctors attitudes could have been improved on, but I appreciate that it was a weekend night and they'd probably been on call and not been to sleep for a while.

Anything else?

I understand that I was admitted into a+e with a minor injury, but the staff were professional and caring throughout my stay.
