I would just like to thank Sister Gill at Manchester Royal Infirmary A&E for treating me quickly. I had been waiting for 4 hours for a blood test after having been assessed at the walk-in centre and as I wasn't feeling unwell, I just had a non-fading rash, I did not want to make a fuss, but after this amount of time I felt I should. As soon as I mentioned my wait to her, she took my blood herself and then called me back later in the night with the test results, as promised, in the middle of what must have been a very busy Saturday night shift. This put my mind at rest so I could finally get to bed. I was very impressed by Sister Gill's professionalism and organisation.
