"Boking system"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

I attempted to book an appointment for a child via the telephone and was in a queue, after 20 minutes I tried to book on line. The address given was not recognised so I called the main number to check if the address was correct. The receptionist simply told me to call the booking line, and when I tried to explain that I was trying not to add to the queue she was extremely rude and just cut me off. Being held in a queue is understandable, being given a wrong on-line address is incompetence, being refused help by admin staff is unforgiveable. I am trying to help a friend who has a sick child.
