The service I received was excellent every step of the way, starting with the initial consultation/examination and then a few months later on the day of the operation. The staff from receptionist and nurses, anaesthetist and consultant all treated me with dignity and sensitivity. I had an understandable explanation of the procedure in uncomplicated language and they made sure I knew what they were going to do. I was reassured with regard to all aspects of the operation.
