bad cmmunication apppointments in fertility..see below

After almost 2 years of jumping through hoops eventually I received the start of fertility treatment at St Barts. I am 39 yrs my husband 49 we are desperate for a child which apparently is not outside the realms of possibility if we can get past appointments. We try for many hours most days to get through then we are told they will ring back but never never do. I am so upset about this treatment I cannot begin to say. PLEASE can someone AT ST BARTS help before it is all too late.
