(as the patient),

I recently visited Dr Kapur at the New Hall Surgery in Hull.

The service was impeccable and he treated me like royalty as always. The reception staff were polite and very helpful. Thank you to all.

Thank you very much for your compliments about Dr Kapur and the staff at New Hall Surgery. We have passed these onto the Practice Manager and asked her to make sure that both the doctor and her staff are aware of your positive comments.

NHS Hull is the organisation responsible for deciding how money is spent on local health services, ensuring those services are of high quality and meet local needs. Therefore we have informed our primary care commissioning team of your experiences as it is their responsibility to monitor the quality of the service provided by our practices as well as all the other aspects.
