About: Scunthorpe General Hospital

Telephoned Scunthorpe Hospital at 1500hrs at 1700hrs decided to cancel the call as the only answer was from a machine informing me I was in a queue, is this the general state that the NHS is in. Surely some control is lacking in the Admin side
