"Fracture clinic"

About: Kingston Hospital

The running of this department. Is extremely poor. There is little or no coordination between departments meaning that every time you are left waiting for an appointment for over an hour and then (unsurprisingly given it is a fracture clinic) sent for an X-ray only to wait again. There needs to be coordination between X-ray and the fracture clinic and as the very helpful staff in X-Ray said; was not the first to suggest this. The receptionists on the fracture clinic are Unhelpful and every time I have waited to book an appointment whilst they have been busy chatting with colleagues and having tea breaks. The care is very good, and I have nothing but praise for the medical staff, but the basic running of the department is terrible.
