"Absolutely faultless!"

I visited Maternity Triage on 1st June, following a phone call asking me to come in for a review. On arrival I was greeted by a HCA and a Midwife. Both of these ladies were absolutely lovely and treated me with excellent care! I overheard a conversation between two doctors about my blood results and started to panic. However, the midwife was very reassuring and calming with a friendly face to make me feel at ease! Needless to say, that's exactly what she did. I arrived during handover time and my care was taken over by another midwife. She was so lovely, warm and welcoming. Very reassuring which made me feel comfortable as I was very anxious. The midwife explained to me that I was always welcome to contact them if I had any other worries. It's nice to know I've always got someone there to turn to as a first time mum. Finally the doctor seeing me and examining me to ensure everything was ok. She was very thorough in what she did and explained everything in a way that I would understand it. Another special mention to a midwife who has a very friendly face and easy to talk to, made me feel very at ease. All these ladies are lovely people are do an amazing job! Fabulous cleanliness and staff co-operation!! Thank you again x
