"Excellent facilities in Sheffield Children's Hospital"

My two and a half year old son needed an examination of his urine flow in the Day Case Ward. We arrived early so we could get plenty of fluids in to be ready for his 3.30 appointment. Because many of the other children there were fasting for an operation, they put us in a side room so he could eat and drink without causing problems for the other children.

There were toys, books, videos and he was very happy. Almost as soon as he said he needed a wee, the staff were ready to take their measurements. The whole procedure including relaying the information back to us took 15 minutes.

The only thing I would improve, a choice of Bob the Builder or Cars stickers, but he was happy with the Incredibles. Thank you to all the staff for creating such a great place, and investing in those facilities.
