"Has changed my quality of life"

For years I have suffered with excruciating period pains and heavy periods. My GP referred me to the primary care gynaecology clinic at Batly, West Yorkshire, for the mirena ius putting in. My appointment was with Dr. Ghosh. on my first appointment I was examined and had a womb biopsy, Dr. Ghosh warned me before hand that this would be very painful and trust me, it was. I was also informed that I may not be able to have the mirena fitted as I have not had children, my womb is tilted and I have had surgery on my cervix. Things weren't looking hopeful but I was still optimistic. I returned a few weeks later and had the mirena fitted, again a painful experience and again I was fully warned by Dr. Ghosh. Six weeks later I had my check up and I have got to say that I am so grateful to Dr. Ghosh and the wonderful lady on reception( she was also chaperoning my examinations) for my experience at the clinic and for Dr. Ghosh for going ahead and fitting me with the mirena despite the complications involved. It has changed my quality of life. No more pain, no more heavy bleeding.
