Appointments can only be made from 8am to see the doctor that day. This lady, feeling poorly, went in person to surgery at 7am (which is only available on a Monday) so managed to make an appointment but then had to go home and return to surgery to see doctor at 10. 30.

When waiting for results of hospital tests had to keep phoning after 2pm, but kept being told nobody available to give results. She waited a week before she got results, and she and her whole family were very anxious during this time.

She feels there are far too many patients registered at Donnybrook and the staff are unable to cope.
