"Copy of letter I sent to the Chief Executive..."

My brother had an eye operation under general anaesthetic today in your day surgery department on the first floor.I am writing to say how hugely impressed both my brother and myself were with every member of your team in that department. Without exception they were efficient,kind,informative,calm and extremely professional and I think you should be proud to have such delightful,dedicated people working in your hospital. I would especially like to praise the staff nurse. She had such a lovely manner and warmth and the information she imparted was coherent and thoughtful. I hope,somehow,you might be able to let her know personally how appreciative we were and to let the department see this note. Thank you Paul and Lawrie H Upminster
