Today i had a meeting with a consultant i was referred by a physio and my gp saying it needs to be checked by a professional i was in and out within 5 minutes it seemed to me the consultant wasnt really bothered and seemed to gob me of done 3 to for checks unlike the physio and gp and bascially felt like he wondered why i wanted to seem. ive been in constant pain for 2 months straight i went in for answers and came out without any really not a happy bunny really wishedi was referred to someone that seemed to care

Dear Anonymous, I am so sorry you experienced this; it is not how we expect to be treated ourselves were we to use NHS services, so I cannot accept that this is how you have been treated. The Values, Standards and Behaviours the Trust has adopted state that we are Respectful, Caring, Responsible and Committed; clearly these values did not appear to be displayed in the consultation you have described above. If you feel able to do so, please contact us in the Patient Experience Team to advise us about what happened, as we are taking this very seriously and believe it would be appropriate to investigate what has happened here so that no-one else experiences this kind of event.
