"Delays at out of hours gp service"

I called 111 and was told I had an appointment at 1.30 so I drove to the west suffolk hospital out of hours. I got there in plenty of time and went and gave my name to the reception. It was extremely busy but no one seemed to be seeing a doctor. After sitting for a little while, it appeared people had been waiting for over 2hrs to see a doctor and there was actually no doctor there to start with. I waited for approx 3/4 of an hour and decided to leave as nothing seemed to be happening. I feel this was very poor service
