"I'm very happy to have come"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Christine was very knowledgeable and informed. The CBT she provided was very effective, catered to my specific problem areas and she put me very much at ease. I'm very happy to have come.

Update posted by Friday14 (a staff member posting for a patient/service user)

It's been a couple of months since I had my last meeting, and like, looking back on this now, I don't feel like it makes it clear enough what a positive impact using this service has had on my life.

I still have highs and lows, and I still have problems, but I've been able to fall back on the techniques and practices that I was introduced too during these meetings, and they've helped me to keep my life from completely overwhelming me when I hit rock bottom. Genuinely, the difference between how I feel on a day to day basis now, compared to how I felt when I began, is absolutely enormous. I can't reccommend it enough.
