"Hospital stay"

I was in rhuematolgy ward lhree years ago i went into this ward with swollen joints extreme pain and unable walk or to do the simplest thing for myself because of this flare up to add to it i also had ecoli which ment i spent two weeks instead of five days in i cannot fault the treatment or the quality of care given by the staff ,even the ladies who brought our meals would cut up the food to make it easier to manage ,the ward cleaners did a very good job too the doctors explained everything before treatment they were very approachable as were all the staff ,as this was only my third time in a hospital i idid not quite know what to expect due to adverse write ups in media about the state of nhs in uk even better i came out able to walk with aid of a stick and pain control meds i take daily meds for this have monthly blood tests results go straight to docs surgery and regular hospital check ups in the out patient clinic i cannot fault the care ive been given upto now ,thank you
