"Disgusting"

All I have to say about what I have witnessed going on at this hospital is an absolute disgrace. Before I get a response saying if in not happy go through pals don't patronise me I'm already though that stage and let me point out its a cop out to say go through that procedure. The pals form are just something you think you can give out and make people shut up well not me I won't be giving up until I have answers. I won't mention wards at this stage but once the next stage of complaint to the odbudsman is completed I shall and also I shall speak to local newspapers. The lack of respect for patients is appalling. You chose to do this job that does not give you the right to treat patients like dirt. Also the hygiene is disgusting I have watched cleaners do all sorts of things no wonder so many infections I. One building. Staff in this hospital seriously need some training on how to deal with ill people oh and how to actually do some work instead of all sitting around a desk discussing last nights coronation street! I could write a novel on how degrading this hospital has become it's the few lovely staff I feel sorry for because they are over ruled by heartless humans and one day when there family member is in there they'll know how it feels and it will serve them right.
