"all the staff"

I have been attending The Royal Hospital for just over 4years now,and on every single visit and also all the times i have been addmited (and it has been many) I have always been treated with the greatest respect,all of the staff have always been fantastic and nothing was to much for them to do for you,even though they are run off there feet. Security could do with a complete revamp though,as there are always loads of drunks and druggies hanging around inside and out.However,on my last admittance a few weeks ago, i found myself walking out the next day,all due to one male member of staff who was completely arrogant and thought he ran the place.The comments he came out with regarding patients were completely uncalled for. So thats why I got up and dressed and just walked out.To all the many other staff,including cleaners and porters etc,fantastic work,u should all be very proud of the job you all do with so much dedication and pride,thank you all so very much.
