"Uncalled for remarks"

About: University Hospital (Coventry)

I visited several departments all of whom were professional, polite, efficient, helpful, freindly and relaxed. However the blood department personnel made a comment that came across as personal and suggestive that the patient was a trouble maker. Another patient might have been highly offended by such a comment and made a poor conclusion to all the good work carried out by other staff.

It is unfortunate that what was, by all accounts, a fairly successful visit was marred by a careless comment and for this I apologise.
