"Pain Clinic"

I had an appointment at the pain clinic which was to my surprise led by a physiotherapist who was quite rude. The doctor typed and most of the conversation was with the physio. When I got up to leave I turned back to ask about the further appt and I thought she would have explained that I would get a further appointment through the post, but instead she shut the door in my face. I had to ask a nurse at the desk what would happen next. I don't wish to be insulting but the doctor seemed to be at the end of his career and not sure how interested he was.
