I had cause to complain to this hospital in the way it offered treatment to my 82 year old mother over six months ago. Last week I received from them a long overdue and factually incorrect response. I tried to contact their "patient experience manager" on 22nd may 2014 as their letter suggested. The phone was answered by an answering machine and at 10.44am on 27th may 2014 I am still awaiting a response! Nothing wrong with the doctors or nursing staff at this establishment but as regards the management team and the administration they seem to communicate in some strange form of "monty python". Language. They would be better off being scriptwriters for a new series of "carry on" films - believe me, you could not make it up!
