What I liked

I was an outpatient at Clinic 4. I was treated promptly and efficiently by smiling friendly staff who knew what they were doing. The consultant, was friendly, very informative and helpful and I left re-assured and happy. All in all it was a good experience in a pleasant environment and your staff deserve a pat on the back.

What could be improved

Nothing.

Anything else?

From a personal viewpoint I don't agree with PFI - I just hope this hospital doesn't suffer in the future from this murky type of funding.
