What I liked

My visit to the Lithotripsy department for treatment on a kidney stone was handled extremely professionally. The staff were kind and considerate and explained what was happening at every stage. I felt very comfortable going through the procedure.

What could be improved

Nothing

Anything else?

The parking charges are high and I cannot see that this is going towards any sort of hospital improvements

I am sorry that you feel that the hospital parking charges are high. I do want to reassure you that any income received from this service does go straight back into patient care within the Trust.
