About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

(as the patient),

Attended Worcester Royal A&E. The car park is "pay and display" Was in no condition to go hunting for change at 11 pm. Why can't the car parking be charged for when you leave? Obviously the patient will have no idea how long the visit will take, I was there for 7 hours which would have incurred a hefty fine had the car park attendant been present.
