"Visited A & E after fall"

I went to A & E Dept. on Friday 21st March after sustaining fall at home. Although I have had various appointments at the hospital, I had no experience of this department. From the moment of arrival the receptionist, triage nurse, paramedic, nursing staff and doctors treated me with courtesy and consideration. Over many months I have read about nurses who are university trained not being "hands on" although I was only in the hospital for a few hours overnight I would dispute this, so well done to all the hard working, pleasant and efficient staff at Torbay Hospital.
