"the problems I experienced on retiring"

I left work on a severance package that I applied for but I went from fully employed to gone in 3 weeks and 2 days. I knew that I would be stopping work soon but not at the rate that I did. I found the change difficult to cope with. There were other problems as well and I was finding everything difficult.

The good things about my experiences were the prescription I received, the professionalism of the counsellor I met and the support I received
