"Foot surgery"

About: Clatterbridge Hospital

I was admitted to the Leverhulme day ward this Wednesday, for surgery to my toe. The staff were fabulous, plenty of humour, understanding and sympathy. I had to wait a while for my procedure but chatted happily to other ladies on the ward. Id like to say a big thank you to all the ward staff, anaesthetists, who were fab and put me totally at ease and the surgeon for doing such a wonderful job.

Thank you very much for your kind comments. We are extremely grateful that you have taken the time to provide this feedback. Our staff work hard to try to ensure that a patient’s experience whilst at the hospital is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, and they are always considerably heartened and motivated on learning how much their efforts have been appreciated. We have passed your kind sentiments to staff in our Orthopeadics Department.
