What could be improved

provide training to nurse on customer service and doctors to follow what is said in the 'policies and procedure'. this is because when i go and see my mother or phone to enquire because she has a serious stroke no nurse is happy to speak to me. or if someone does their dont know what has been done during the night and what happen during the day e.g. if i ask how was my mother condition been at night i get a reply 'oh i dont know you should ask the night nurse' and if i phone during the night i get the same reply.

this is nothing this morning i went and my mother wasnt in the ward been the only child i was soo worried because i didnt know what has happened when i ask was told taken to operation theater?where cant tell yoiu?why we not allowed? why wasnt i been informed before the operation been carried out? that was the situation when my mothers is not well enough to agree to anything and i been the next of kin not even told or informed about the operation where as its clearly mentioned that the next of kin will be informed of any immediate emergency whuch there werent in this case.

what kind of service is this?

is this what we pay tax for?

some one need to improve this service as matter of urgency.
