I have been unfortunate enough to have to telephone Medway Maritime on a number of times over the last few months. On each occasion I have been kept waiting and waiting for the switchboard to answer. I have been cut-off, passed to the wrong department, advised I am ringing the wrong hospital. Today I waited in excess of 10 minutes for the call to be answered...... when I was finally put through to an extension I had to listen to a rambling message as to whey they could not answer the phone!

We are sorry to hear of your experience when phoning the hospital. The switchboard can get very busy but what you describe is not acceptable.
