What I liked

The care from the Consultant and his team was second to none. I have had a lot of problems with my Left Shoulder after a motorcycle accident and have been operated on 4 times, 2 of them at Epsom. The care and after care recieved from the Consultant and his team is first class. I am very nervous with some of the sensations I get in my shoulder, but talking to the A&E, physio etc they always put my mind at rest. The NHS and all the staff at Epsom Hospital especially on Chuter Ede Wing are very helpful and understanding. Thanks So Much.

It is always nice to hear from patients and to learn about their experience, what worked and what didn't work. I am happy to learn that you felt supported by the various departments during your pathway of care. I will certainly make sure the areas concerned are advised of your comments. I do hope your left shoulder is much better now.
