Response from Leicester Royal Infirmary

Dear Lenny, Thank you for taking the time to post your comment. I am really sorry to hear about the difficulties your husband has experienced when trying to get an appointment with our Ophthalmology team at the Royal. This is unacceptable and I would like to look into your concerns further to try and help your situation. If you are happy for me to do so, please could you send me your husband’s details (name, address, date of birth and hospital number)? My email address is Martin.Watts@uhl-tr.nhs.uk. Kind regards, Martin Watts Service Manager for Ophthalmology Leicester’s Hospitals
