"Poor organisation in zone 12 of Newham Hospital"

Long waiting times and appears the appointment is strictly scheduled to one minute.

Unpleasant and apparently irritated staff including some of the midwifes and others.

Crammed waiting room with terribly uncomfortable (for a pregnant woman) metal seats. I thought dirty and tiny WC facility where you take urine sample minding yourself to not touch dirty surfaces (and it is not easy when your tummy is the size of a very large pumpkin).

Pregnancy is not only a physical state is also psychological, therefore when you are greeted with an unpleasant, irritated, always busy with other ways "important" affairs attitude it makes you unhappy, stressed, uneasy.

It would be great if any one actually cared and trained all staff in Zone 12 of Newham Hospital to be more understanding, caring and patient.
