"Hearing Aid Revaluation Audiology Department"

I had a hearing Aid review today and was seen promptly by a consultant who was very thorough and explained everything very clearly. I was given two new hearing aids which are more efficient than the ones I already have and I was impressed by the pleasant way I was treated and was told to make a follow up appointment to see how I was managing with the new aids. The NHS is so often criticised these days but todays appointment was satisfactory and to have these aids provided free of charge, as a pensioner I am very thankful.
