About: King's College Hospital (Denmark Hill)

Our daughter was recently born at Kings and we had a excellent experience. The staff were kind, attentive and extremely professional in both the labour ward and the postnatal ward. In particular, the midwives and doctors in the labour ward were amazing, and when an assisted delivery was required the speed at which medical professionals congregated on the operating theatre was truly comforting. The only downside is that you have to share a ward in the postnatal recovery, but even so this wasn't as bad as we had feared beforehand. Would certainly recommend KCH to others.

Thank you for your comments and recommendation about the care and support of staff and their promptness in supporting you when you needed assistance in delivery, clearly that was very reassuring and the delivery was successfully concluded. We will consider what we might be able to do with regard to the issues raised by the shared pre and postnatal ward environment.
