Im sorry but while i was in here i felt ignored ! Press the buzzer and no one comes for like 15 mins when there only by the main desk while u lay there dieing to go toilet or u are there in absolute agony. Then they come u ask and u wait 20 mins before something is done ........ How hard is it to grab a bottle for some to urinate in while u enter and exit the room like 4 times ! Im sorry but my stsy here has been frustrating and extremely stressfull and i seriously do not want to be in here again !

I am very sorry that you felt ignored whilst you were in hospital and would like to offer sincere apologies on behalf of the Trust that your requests for assistance were not answered. I will ensure that the Senior Nursing team are aware of your comments.
