I have only recently moved to Cornwall, so it has been a delight (and very reassuring) that the first encounters with Receptionists, Doctor and staff has been so positive. Special mention for the member of staff who looks after the x-ray department in Falmouth Hospital. Professionalism and a gentle calmness, thank you.
